Formed in 1981, Wilbar Components manufacture specialised components for the following industries; Gas distribution, Petrochemical, Medical, Automotive, Electrical, Hydraulic and Agricultural, and we are always eager to start relationships with businesses in any sector. Due to our involvement in hydraulic component manufacture, we also boast a clean assembly bay. Many of our customers utilise this feature to allow us to manufacture parts, assemble and distribute finished product on their behalf.

Our facility offers CNC turning up to 12” diameter on 15 multi axis machines, Sliding Head Lathes and full 5 axis Vertical Machining Centres which are supported by secondary operation plant including Vertical Machining Centres, Bridgeport millers, automatic drilling / tapping machines and associated tool room equipment.

Our in-house design team are able to work from customers own drawings or create products from the ground up using the latest HyperMill CAD software which, integrated with our CNC machines, offers rapid turnaround from design to production.

External sources for processes not carried out within Wilbar are matched to our services. These are audited, approved and controlled by our Supply Chain Management team.
